Various pieces of bad, disappointing and sad news have arrived from friends at home – I wish that I could teleport back and spend time with people… Hopefully we can talk on the phone soon – I’ll buy an international phone card and we’ll try to find times that work (it’s a 7 hour difference now, I believe).
